Accessibility at IT PLZ HELP

Our goal

This statement applies to itplzhelp.com. We want everyone to be able to use it, and we aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What we do

We check our pages for accessibility problems, including color contrast, headings, link wording, and keyboard use, and we fix what we find. Some forms and tools from other companies are outside our control and may not meet every guideline.

If you have trouble using this site

Tell us. Email help@itplzhelp.com or use the form on our contact page. Please include the page and what you were trying to do. We will review your report and work on a fix, and we will work with you to get you the information another way if you need it.
